Verified responses are published within 5 working days, edited only for length or legal reasons. We send one acknowledgement with a reference code to the email you give, and may contact you to confirm you are entitled to respond. Questions: reply@scamsa.org.

We collect your name, organisation, role, email and response so an editor can verify you are entitled to respond and publish the response next to the case. Your email is never published and is deleted once the response is reviewed (at the latest 30 days after review). Privacy policy.

Presumption of innocence: Charged and accused individuals are presumed innocent. This shows the status of public allegations and legal processes, not guilt. Data reflects publicly reported cases as of the stated date and is not exhaustive.
